We are a specialist in custom designed Ammonia CO2 cascade systems. Our experience is with cascade systems constructed completely of stainless steel to specific needs for precise temperature control.

The ammonia CO2 cascade system has 3 main benefits:

1. Reduce ammonia charge. The goal being less than 10,000 pounds ammonia to stay under the process safety management threshold quantity.
2. The system is a much more environmentally friendly approach to design for sustainability.
3. The lower evaporating temperatures are achieved approaching -55 degrees F. while maintaining low power requirements.
